Methodology
By tailoring HFSC' Success Methodology to your specific challenges we will support you in achieving results (success). HFSC will focus on the acceleration of the implementation of strategy by closing the gap between the Leaders and the People who ultimately need to implement.
The Success Methodology is based on 5 P's:
People, Plan, Process, Performance and ……………. Phun
- People: first, we will look at who you have leading your change,
- Plan: second, we will work with you on getting the vision and strategy right,
- Process: third, we will work with you in establishing the processes and focus on implementation of your plan,
- Performance: fourth, we will work with you in ensuring that Key Performance Metrics are aligned with your plan throughout the whole organization,
- Phun: finally, during this process we hope to truly engage your organization, ensuring everyone is enjoying themselves and is motivated; the TLCS (see above under Coaching) could be used to formally measure this.
As part of this service we also offer:
- Team Facilitation
The difference with Team Coaching is that the Coach will act as a Facilitator, guiding the team through a process to establish the foundation for becoming more effective. A typical process will be the establishment of common values and associated behaviors, a common purpose and key performance measures, as well as identifying how common talents in the team can be used effectively.
