Philippine Linn, ACC and CPCC

Executive Coach

Philippine Linn has nearly 20 years of experience working as a trainer, coach, and manager. She has demonstrable expertise in project management, communications and PR in a variety of sectors, including not-for-profit, nongovernmental, and private.  Throughout her diverse and multi-national career, Philippine has supported the UN Secretariat in New York, the Office of the European Parliament in The Hague (NL), Unilever, SmurfitKappa, ING Bank and IKEA.

Her areas of specialized expertise include human development and transformation, experiential learning, instructional design, behavior change management, and competency improvement. Philippine is passionate about professional development and personal growth. As a trainer, she creates and leads workshops on a variety of topics, both for large and small teams. As a coach, she supports senior leaders throughout Europe on performance. In addition, she regularly designs, leads, and delivers tailor-made training for developing coaching skills, including modular programmes. 

In 1992, she founded a communications consultancy, working throughout Europe for various clients.  Less than a decade later, after receiving her coaching certification from the Coaching Training Institute (CTI), she founded True Colours Coaching that specializes in coaching and training leaders, aspiring coaches, and entrepreneurs.

Philippine has extensively worked and lived throughout Europe, including the United Kingdom, Norway, the Czech Republic, and The Netherlands.

She holds a Masters degree in Italian Language and Literature from Leiden University, and is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC). Philippine lives near Geneva, Switzerland, and is fluent in English, French, Dutch and Italian.

 

 

 

 

Amedeo Decoro

Executive Coach

Amedeo is an Executive Coach and an International Consultant with 20+ years experience as a Human Resources Strategic Business Partner in the Automotive, Watch, Machinery, Telecommunication and Healthcare Industry and with exposure in General Management. He offers to the customers his in-depth expertise in Leadership and Organization Development, HR Strategy Design & Implementation, Emotional Intelligence and Team Dynamics Management, Change Management and Corporate Culture, Consultative Marketing & Selling Strategy, Intercultural Coaching, Mind-Body-Energy and Stress Management, Creative Coaching approach (Painting, Music, Images and Active Imagination).

Amedeo holds a Bachelor of Political Sciences at the University of Naples, Italy with majors in Economics and Sociology and a Master in Human Resources Management at the IFOR & “L. Bocconi” University of Milan, Italy. Furthermore Amedeo successfully graduated from the Consulting and Coaching for Change program at the INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France with a Diploma in Clinical Organizational Psychology.

Amedeo enjoys working in multicultural and international environments to help organizations to implement their strategies by leveraging the full potential and motivation of its people. He has coached Executives, Managers, Middle Managers and young Talents from Switzerland, France, Italy, Germany, USA, UK across different industries (Machinery, Banking, Automotive, Healthcare, Telecom, Trading,...). Amedeo facilitates training and leadership programs in Europe and USA where he coaches Managers working within NPOs and NGOs as well (UN World Food Program, World Economic Forum, EPO, European Central Bank, ETSI).

Amedeo is a Swiss and Italian national and lives in Lausanne, Switzerland. He is married with two children in adolescence age. He coaches, works and holds his workshops in English, French, Italian and German and is qualified for assessment tools as CAPP, MBTI©, 360° Feed-back and Birkman©. He is a Member of the ICF, International Coach Federation.


 

 

Alan McFarlane

Executive Coach and Change Management Expert

 

Alan has been involved in coaching senior executives and leadership teams of multi-million dollar operations during the last 15 years.   A commercial legal partner in his first career, Alan pursued a successful corporate career in Diageo plc focusing on change management and human resources across the functional areas of finance, sales, marketing and HR, as well as being involved in company mergers.  His special areas of interest include leadership development and business performance.   Currently based between Barcelona and Rio de Janeiro, Alan has lived and worked in other countries in Western and Central Europe, and Latin America.   He is known for the strong, supportive and trusted relationships he develops with the senior executives he works with.

Alan is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), the largest professional association of coaches worldwide and has completed fully accredited professional coach training.    He is a licensed administrator of both the B5 and MBTI personality inventories.

He has coached and mentored nationals from Germany, Norway, UK, Spain, Brazil and the US across the FMCG, Pharma, Manufacturing and Professional Service sectors.   He has also designed and delivered executive development events, and large scale, innovative employee engagement interventions in different parts of the world.    Alan is presently finalising a collaboration with a respected business school to provide coaching support on one of their executive programs.

A typical client for Alan is a current Executive, often facing the challenge of sponsoring a strategic change project, a direct report to an Executive, someone on an accelerated career path, or a team wishing to move into ‘high performance’.   Alan works effectively in English (mother tongue), Spanish and Portuguese, with some French.
